Hey again! Here’s a bit more about me…
My last is pronounced "kuh-moh" and my business, CAMPspace, is a franchise of all-inclusive content creation spaces that offer full in-house support to equips clients with an arsenal of pro creators, strategy, equipment and tools that bring every vision to life.
CAMPspace’s mission is to empower and equip founders, experts, creators, and teams with in-house support to confidently create content they love minus the overwhelm and stress.
I’m also a communications & marketing expert with 17+ years of experience elevating a host of sports, nonprofit, entertainment, and lifestyle entities. Having managed publicity and marketing campaigns for Super Bowl Champion, Troy Polamalu; the Veterans of Foreign Wars; Zion Church, Covenant House International; Gangster Vegan Organics, and Grammy-nominated artist, Wale (to name a few), I’m passionate about strategically telling my client's fascinating stories and helping them build brands that resonate.
I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, with an emphasis in Public Relations, from the University of Maryland College Park in 2005 (#GOTERPS) , and a Master of Arts degree in Public Communication from American University (DC) in 2010.
When I’m not running the space or crafting marketing campaigns, I’m spending time with my 3-times deployed Army Reservist husband and our beautiful 3 children. Self-care to me means sweating (Bikram Yoga and HIIT exercises are my faves), trying out new recipes and cocktails, and binge-watching documentaries. Shrimp is my favorite food, and NO ONE… I repeat NO ONE makes a dirty oat milk chai tea latte’ like Board N’ Brew.
